Ranch Manager

Plan, direct, or coordinate the management or operation of the ranch property, livestock, agricultural operations, or other agricultural establishments.

Duties and Tasks:

• The raising of stock, such as cattle, poultry, and horses.
• Inspect and maintain farm or ranch structures, such as buildings, fences, or roads ordering repair or maintenance activities as needed.
• Monitor and maintain the lawn.
• Monitor and maintain pasture or grazing land
• Ensure livestock are properly fed.
• Operate the operations of poultry (ie: eggs)
• Select equipment or machinery, livestock or supplies, such as seed, feed, fertilizer, or chemicals.
• Direct livestock or crop waste recycling operations
• Inspect ranch equipment to ensure proper functioning.
