SERVER (The Lodge, Seasonal)

We are hiring Servers for our busy summer season at The Lodge. Jobs start between April - June and end in September/October. Our ideal applicants have at least 2 years of experience in fine dining establishments, a current food handler’s permit and OLCC service permit, can work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, and believe in teamwork.

Servers are responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our guests, being knowledgeable about the menu and the Ranch in general and working collaboratively with the entire restaurant team.

Pay is from $14.20/hr based on skills and experience, plus tips! We’re looking for full-time and part-time positions.

Seasonal staff are not eligible for health insurance and other benefits but do receive some great perks, including access to all Ranch amenities including fitness centers, sport courts, pools and hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at our restaurants, retail outlets and at our spa.
